Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of your shipment date. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Returns shipped back within policy will automatically receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.

US customers may choose to place a free exchange order instead. Exchanges are not currently available for international customers.

Items marked as "Final Sale" may not be returned or exchanged.

US Customers: Visit returns.frame-store.com to see your return and exchange options and to receive a pre-paid return label. After selecting the cause of return, you'll be prompted to select "Exchange," "Return", or "Shop for Something New." If you do not see the "Exchange" option, this means the style you purchased is completely sold-out in all sizes.

Every time you process a return you'll be issued a temporary "instant refund voucher" in case you change your mind and want to place a new order before we receive your return package. If this credit is not used, you'll be refunded to your original form of payment once your return package has been received.

International customers: Visit frame.intelligentreturns.net to see your return options and to receive a pre-paid return label.

For US customers, every time you process a return using our online portal, you'll be issued a temporary "instant refund voucher." This refund voucher acts as online store credit in case you change your mind and want to place a new order on frame-store.com before we receive your return package. If this credit is not used, you'll be refunded to your original form of payment once your return package has been received.

If a partial amount is used, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment once your return has been processed.

We are working to accept in-store returns in the near future. If you live near a store, you may always drop off an online return. Our store staff will ship your return to our warehouse on your behalf. You'll be refunded to your original form of payment once your return package has been received.

For US customers, refunds are typically processed automatically the same day your return package is received. Should an unexpected delay occur, or if you have yet to receive your refund, please contact us at care@frame-store.com.

For international customers, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

At this time we can only accept one order per return package. Should you have multiple orders with return items, please use our return portals to process separate RMAs. You will receive a packing slip and a return label for each order to ship your returns back separately.
